Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver builds and sells homes to hardworking people in need of decent and affordable housing. Habitat was founded on the conviction that everyone deserves a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent housing in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all. For over 40 years, Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver has served more than 1,500 families throughout our area.
Habitat for Humanity also operates four retail locations, ReStores, in metro Denver. ReStores are thrift stores that sell new and used buildng materials and furniture. The proceeds from the ReStores support Habitat's mission of building and repairing homes. The ReStores are open to the public and accep donations of new or gently used building materials and furniture. Our newest ReStore is located in Arvada near I-70 and Kipling.
