Title: “Goals, Grit, and Grace”
Growing up an average pool swimmer, Sarah persevered through setbacks and failures before finding her true passion in the open water. Hear her talk on how she shifted her goals, learned her purpose and became one of the best ultra-marathon swimmers in history, all while battling breast cancer. Through Goals, Grit and Grace, Sarah shares her story of dreaming big and achieving the things others believe are impossible.

About our speaker:
Sarah Thomas a breast cancer survivor and an ultra-marathon swimmer who holds the current world record for the longest ever swim done in current-neutral conditions, a swim that spanned 104.6 miles over 67 hours in Lake Champlain. She is also the first, and only, person in history to complete a four-way crossing of the English Channel. She lives in Colorado with her husband and their three dogs.
Sarah shares her story of dreaming big and overcoming obstacles through her Three Gs: Goals, Grit and Grace.
