Calling all community and industry members!
This event will help students practice their communication skills about their senior projects (capstones). During the networking event, community and industry members will meet with different students to provide feedback on project topics, discuss career paths and network about resources or next step suggestions for the student to do for their capstone projects. Let them hear about your career path and give them career advice!
- Listen to seniors “pitch” their capstone project
- Provide feedback on project topics
- Discuss career paths, including yours and how you got there!
- Network about resource suggestions
- Provide valuable insight from community and industry to help them with the next steps for their projects
Participants can choose the level of engagement with students:
- Talk with students at the event and give guidance on their project and career path
- Talk with students at the event and mentor a student for their career options for their capstone project.
- And always… Refer a friend!
